The Community Development Finance Authority, NH Housing, and the Bureau of Homeless and Housing Services/NH DHHS, in conjunction with the New Hampshire Housing and Community Development Planning Council, has drafted a 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan and a 2016 Action Plan for the proposed use of HUD funds to address community development, housing and homeless needs.

The Consolidated Plan identifies priority needs in these areas, while the Action Plan establishes the how those priorities will be addressed with HUD resources granted to the state in 2016.
