  • Schedule weekly consultant meetings
  • Schedule and prepare notifications for biweekly Housing Zooms
  • Track legislative hearing schedule and ensure hearing “coverage” from team
  • Answer the info@ email and forward to appropriate consultant
  • Schedule and prepare notifications for monthly Governing Council meetings
  • Schedule and materials support for annual retreat

Communications Support

  • Forward press inquiries to Communications Manager and/or Director
  • Track press coverage
  • Develop web calendar for stakeholder access with support from Program Manager

Housing Action NH Membership Renewals

  • Establish schedule
  • Assist Engagement and Communications Manager with renewal materials
  • Send out and track membership renewals
