- Schedule weekly consultant meetings
- Schedule and prepare notifications for biweekly Housing Zooms
- Track legislative hearing schedule and ensure hearing “coverage” from team
- Answer the info@ email and forward to appropriate consultant
- Schedule and prepare notifications for monthly Governing Council meetings
- Schedule and materials support for annual retreat
Communications Support
- Forward press inquiries to Communications Manager and/or Director
- Track press coverage
- Develop web calendar for stakeholder access with support from Program Manager
Housing Action NH Membership Renewals
- Establish schedule
- Assist Engagement and Communications Manager with renewal materials
- Send out and track membership renewals
